a). Plastic processing, Materials, Injection moulding parameters.

b). Moulding defects and Troubleshooting for moulding components.

c). Mould change settings and parameters, Improve  productivity and process control & Manpower management on the shop floor, etc.,

Project title: Designing and Processing of Plastic Breather Component (Originally made of metal) 

Objective: To design the Product and Mould for air breather body of a two wheeler (Royal Enfield) to satisfy the functional requirements.



B. E:

Project: Pneumatic Circuit Design using K-V Mapping Technique and Step Counter method.

Objective: To design the Pneumatic circuit to control the axis motion and operation of a tool as well as work for an industrial machine.
