Company Profile:?Leading manufacturer of PVC-U Pipes and Fittings and PVC Resin.

Job Profile:

Production engineer for the compounding unit, compounded different            grade of stabilized PVC for pipe extrusion. To handle entire mixing unit, scada operation and    maintenance work of entire shift with good efficiency. To maintain compounded material quality. Handle all plant / unit operation including start up, shut down and mixer parameter setup.

To plan the production schedule by preparing production plan.

To allocate the work among workers on a daily basis on machines / work centre / shift and prepared a shift schedule.

To supervise the production activity on a day to day basis guiding the workers and trouble shooting for smooth operation of machine process.

To maintained the product quality.

Supervise the team in diagnosing problems with assign equipment on system on both a routine and emergency basis.

Handle the employees with their personal issues



Projects:

Synthesis and characterization of starch based poly (acrylic acid)/Bentonite super absorbent composite.

Aim: Super absorbent polymer are polymer that absorb and retain extremely large amount of a liquid / water relative to their own mass.



Industrial Projects:

Manual bayonet Clamping System

Aim: Reduce clamping duration & Increase the productivity.

Multiple aesthetics (color) as well as functional feasibility of plastics parts.

Aim: Door handle leaver in different color having same functional property.

To skip the secondary operation like painting as well as cost reduction.
