Industrialization of New Products in preparation of prototype and pre launch production run.

Review Designs and conduct Manufacturing Feasibility in plant for New Product Roll out.

Process trouble shooting validation in various manufacturing processes ? Stock Preparation (Extrusion, Calendaring, Bead Winding, etc.), Tyre building, Tyre Curing etc.

Responsible for periodic process and product improvement and validation of all released products; and disposition of non-confirming products.

Prepare, renew and verify all the relevant Tyre Engineering specifications, PFD/CP/PFMEA, Process Guidelines Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and design changes in plant.

Initiate and manage the quality improvement project, Process Development & Improvement, Scrap Reduction & Output Increase, Statistical Process Controls (SPC) and Quality Auditing.



Key Achievements:

Industrialization of 29 New Sizes in 2-3 wheeler segments and increase the Market presence.

17 New OEM accounts approved in FY 14-15 & FY 15-16 with OEMs such as Hero, Honda, Bajaj, Royal Enfield, Yamaha and Suzuki.

Product industrialization of India?s first 21? Motorcycle tyre.
