Making and maintaining the critical spares parts for moulds.

Mould Safety Improvement & confirms the safety factors of the moulds.

Process planning for manufacturing of moulds.

Mold modifications as per customer requirements

Suggesting best manufacturing techniques for mould parts

Developing of new Moulds.

Involved in commissioning of molds at various stages till final approval.

Maintain all documentation work related to department.

Tool room establishment for the unit.

Mould Safety Improvement & confirms the safety factors of the moulds.

Preparation & maintaining Daily, Weekly, Monthly - check sheet, task list & History cards

Involved in documentation of tool room related functions for ISO 9000 certification.

Involved in producing part drawings for manufacturing and developing the process flow?chart.
