Job Profile: 

Product wise, First Part Approval (FPA) activity in accordance with customer sample.

To inspect in process & supplier parts as well as record and document quality control activities and Maintaining traceable records that can be used in audits.

Checking and Monitor the process parameters as per defined. 

Control of Non Conforming product, that includes recording, tracking and closure, majorly includes CC and In-house complaints.

To analyzed Rejection data and finding Root Causes of rejection and discuss with top authorities for corrective action.

Providing inputs for up gradation for documents and also maintain Identification and traceability for each product in accordance with system.

Coordinating with Final QAD regarding quality issue.

More emphasis on Customer complaints and Customer specific requirement.

Attending daily morning meeting and discussing issue related to product quality in front of team member for improvement of process.

Organizing and conducting quality Awareness training for employees to meet the customer expectation.

To determines Quality Improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes.
