Handle complete ?Production, Process and Maintenance including Moulds.

Process setting different raw material such as Poly carbonate, HDPE, Nylone, PVC etc.

Maintenance of Moulding Machine .

Maintenance of Moulds.

Vendor Development includes development of Vendor for Spare parts, Consumables, Printing & Packaging items.

Maintain required Inventory levels of all the items so that cash flow is not blocked.

Coordinate with stores mobilize the Non Moving parts kept in stores.

Coordinate with Commercial department regarding excise permissions of excisable items which are required to send out of company premises for job work.

Look after complete re-exporting of parts for job work.

Deals in purchasing of local & imported parts from OEM?s.

Look after complete Indigenization of Spare parts & Consumable.

Drawing & Designing of parts through Auto CAD for development purpose

Visit different Vendors regularly so that vendor do not defer with the Quality.

Motivating employees by giving kaizens for continuous improvement.

Evaluating records of all actions taken as above for management review meeting.

Active member of green belt project cost saving through Indigenization.
