I am specifically working with the Supplier Quality Assurance group and presently being the in-charge for Plastic &

Rubber Interior parts for the team allocated for an Assembly Shop.

General Experience- 

Inspection of parts as per the design. 

Potential Failure mode analysis to help manufacture defect free parts in regular production cycle. 

System audits and process audit at suppliers to ensure consistency in delivery of parts as per defined standards. 

Root cause analysis of regular defects and developmental failures to ensure proper accountability and closure of defects from suppliers. 

Data analysis and building check sheets for Quality Planning. 

Well versed with the various QC tools for Quality Planning, Control & Improvement.
