All reports of production and dispatch submission to ?Unit Head? on the per day basis.

Maintaining 5S on the Shop Floor and Packing Floor

Immediate action taken to improve major/minor problems at online process i.e. vacuum, size variation, volume short, bend, ditch, flash, foreign particles, strap cut, pin cut, color variation, curing set as per product thickness/size requirement. Proper housekeeping. Proper guideline given to the worker about mold cleaning & Silicon spraying. 

Measurement of new mold cavities & maintains a record of different article molds.

Quality checked of finished product.
