Job Profile: 

Leading development team from new part development to part Hand Over to Production.

New part details study (drawing study & customer specific requirements study) & discussing with core team for feasibility & process adaptation to develop the part. 

New part tool design & compound finalization along with design team & mixing team.

Preparing Bill of Material (BOM) & reporting of all the development parts through ERP.

New part Trail (Transfer, Compression & Injection) co-ordination, plan, inspection, testing & validation, 1st time ok sample submission before the Target date.

MIS to reporting authority as per defined frequency.

Compound & Product Costing & Value Engineering/  Value Analysis

Co-coordinating through PLM with Volvo Eicher Commercial vehicles for APQP, RTS, Packing Standard, Quality Assurance reports & PPAP.

Coordinating with customer regarding all the issues related new part development like design, testing, application etc.

ECN Review & implementation.

Arranging meeting with production & quality to Hand Over the product by explaining the importance, criticality of dimensions & fitment at customer end.
