Approve Batches, Incoming Raw Materials, And Routine Analysis Of The Different Samples (Fine Chemical, Fluorochemicals) To Classify Their Physical And Chemical Identity.

Perform analysis from the following analytical equipment: GC, KF-TITRATOR, GCMS, ICP ETC.

Calibrating analytical equipment, as and when required.

Volumetric solution preparation and standardization

Maintain all analytical equipment according to the schedule and Standard Operating?Procedures.

Complete all paperwork related to the analysis (Calibration Log, Finished Goods Log,?Raw Materials Log, ETC.)

Ensures that all work meets applicable QA/QC guidelines.

Analysis of HFP Residue test, GC, particle size, Acidity, Moisture content, Viscosity, Density, of formulation product.

Water analysis include Alkalinity, Total Hardness, TDS, COD, BOD, Cl, Fl, Conductivity, turbidity, sulphate content etc.
