Taking the sole responsibility to develop the manufacturing processes as per the requirements.

Achieving the production targets.?

Achieving the process capability (CP and CPK) for the Customer products by performing various improvements.

Prepare the MTI report and Monthly presentation.

Impart OJT for the junior engineers about machine operation, tool change, machine setting and maintenance. Preparing day to day machine performance report and and follow up the machine break down analysis like (WHY-WHY Analysis).

Maintain the HMP (Harmonized Manufacturing Policies) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) documents.

Conduct the machine audits and follow up the corrective action and preventive action.

Follow up the TPM, Kaizhen activities.

Deriving Standard Operating Procedure for simplifying the machine operations.

Reducing the spare parts consumption.

Interaction with the PPC for smooth function of production line.

Conduct safety audits and maintain the corrective action.

Process?

Man power control.		

Laminate & plastic to sleeve of required length using high frequency seam welding technology.

Sleeve

and polymer granules to tube (Sleeve Welded to formed shoulder) with shoulder of required shape and dimensions using compression moulding technology .

Closure fitment to the orifice (Shoulder & Thread) of the tube using torque.

Maintenance:

Daily shift Preventive maintenance (10 min) work as per check sheet?

Monthly preventive maintenance (8 hrs) work as per check sheet at work on month First Date.?

Weakly preventive maintenance (4 hrs) work as per check sheet at work on middle of month and end of month.
