Having knowledge of core making process.

Control over core assembly station activity. 

Having hands on job experience in core stacking and core coil assembly.

Material arrangement & reconciliation of use material monthly basis?Material verification by job wise.

Maintain record for easy tracking of the material.

Make Reconciliation report.

Controlling over station movement.

Checklist as per Production procedure.

5S Activity and monitoring at shop & work place.

Maintain Records of each & every job and submit the same to Quality to tractability purpose.

Basic knowledge of molding process as per different climatic & environmental conditions

Basic knowledge of dry-type transformer insulation material.

Try to improve productivity. 

Create new idea or manage time.
