General trouble shooting on injection mounding m/c monitor during processing & setting of moulds and run production as per planning plastic components.

Processing planning, Initiative improvement towards safety work .Mould loading ?Unloading & mould maintenance responsibility molding machine daily & scheduled maintenance responsibility.

Maintain the production status report.

Knowledge about SMED(Single minute ?exchange of die) and TPM(Total productive maintenance).

Some knowledge about KAIZEN.

Maintain documentation like daily maintenance report, hourly production report, mold status report, mold history card, process monitoring sheet., running inspection report..



Technical Skills:-

Plastic Processing Technology for application on Automobile or house appliance products.

Ensure Trouble Shooting on Injection moulding m/c..

Handling & uses of PLC, microprocessor ?injection molding m/c

Have knowledge about how to Testing of all Plastic components.

Some knowledge about PDCA cycle (plan do check act).
