Job Profile:

Production Planning & its Execution as per monthly sales plan and stock status in plant. Responsible for Raw Material, Packing Material and Manpower Handling. 

Monitoring of Cycle Time & Achieving Target of set production. 

Establishment & Modification of fixture and jigs for existing products. 

Implementation of modification in production process in shop floor. 

Mould Trial and parameter setting. To make the Work Instruction of new component. To check Control Plan and Process Check Sheet of new components. 

Conducting Red-Bin meeting for shop floor, Rejection Analysis and preparing Counter Measures. 

Troubleshooting at the shop floor and at customer end. 

To maintain record of ISO: 9001-2000 based production reports. 

Actively participating in improvement activity like Cost Saving, Material and Productivity improvement.

General Maintenance of machines and moulds through 5-S & 3R Implementation.
