Essential knowledge about Injection molding machine and Mould setting.                        

Essential knowledge of computer handling.

Responsibilities for all product development trial testing & results.

JOB PROFILE:  

Maintaining 5?S mold shop.

Mold change through QMC, process parameter setting.                                                       Temperature setting for metal plastic material. 

Properly maintain optimum efficiency of the cycle process.

Maintain molds & general cleaning.

Daily maintain production data & cycle.

Visual quality inspection.

Achieving production target on ? line checking, Reduction lumbs, & manpower handling, troubleshooting during molding
