Job Profile: 

Responsibility to managing Production Planning & Control Overseeing production related tasks including planning, control and trouble shooting. Optimizing man & machine utilization 

To ensure the raw material for 24 hrs for operation in advance through work order generation ERP SYSTEMS

To complete ERP on Daily basis and fill daily activity charts.

To check all reports such as production log book, process parameters conditioning monitoring filled by operating person.

To increase the productivity & reduce the scrape % below targeted value.

To check all safety point of m/c and give the knowledge to the shop floor person and operating person.

To optimize the natural resource such as water saves, oil saving, electric saving etc.

To identify the training need to subordinates? and train new employees on jobs.

To take production reports from shift operators at end of the shift.

To motivate the operating person and casual man power for his work,

To observed and comply 5-S, and safety system in manufacturing area.

To follow check list and SOP and ensure by juniors. and review J.D.KRA every month.
