Job Profile -Leading & working on core Project:Zero Customer Complain

Assist in the optimization of the cost (RMC) of running products by managing 

product formulation

Check the tentative RMC of new products during development

Taking decision : Not Ok / Sale Return / Hold material lying in our stock is consume whenever possible

Leading R&D team on product development with organizational & planning skill

Ensure Colour development activities are done in a timely & effective manner

Give final QC approval on new products

Finalize Product Formulation, Quality parameters & Quality Plan for all Raw 

Materials with discussion & approval of Technical Director

Ensure CAPA against customer complain is filled & review the status of DTR 

actions of ongoing CAPA on its timeliness and effective implementation (QC & 

Production both)

Recommend equivalent product to the sales team against the standard samples received or any standard specification

Identify training subjects & conduct training on it with QC & R&D Team on weekly basis
