Process analysis and optimization of injection molded plastic components. 

Updating the daily communication board, mould history card, production report and OEE.                                       

Manpower deployment on machine. 

Trouble shooting, setting parameters on control panel. 

Trail of the new moulds & process validation, and used SMED at the time of mould change. 

Raw material planning as per production schedule.  

Maintain the 1s to 5s on the shop floor & check ISO related all document                                                                    

Ensure products quality of the running mould on m/c.
