Responsible for EBITDA Cost Saving Projects e.g., Cycle time reduce, LCA, RM reduction, 

Alternate RM Usage, Manpower Optimization, OEE improvement, Productivity improvement.

NPD projects activity closely work with Central Program Management Team & with Customer 

team. Closely monitoring of Process Validation, PFD, PFMEA, CP, and audit activities. New 

Product Development (NPD) tools trails, manpower, cycle time, machine selection, BOM 

verification with engineering team, Rate routing of new Parts and revised parts etc.

New machines e.g., SPM / US welding trials, close co-ordination with central ME & m/c 

manufacturer for the TGR/TGW. NPD parts Assembly Tack-Time calculation and Line 

Balancing. Working on New RFQ from customers, Facility calculation, Assembly flow, Line
