Process optimization:- analyzing cycle times, scrap rates, machine utilization, and 

implementing strategies to increase productivity and efficiency.

Injection molding Machine and mold installation 

Collaborating with production planners and scheduling teams to develop production plans, 

allocate resources, and meet production targets. Monitoring production progress and 

adjusting schedules as needed. Daily monitoring of production activities

Overseeing and managing a team of injection molding technicians, operators, and engineers.
