Job Profile: 

Overall responsibilities of production, production planning, QC, finishing, and planning for preventive maintenance of machines and auxiliary equipments of  plant.

Responsible for completion of production in time and with acceptable quality by assisting Production Officer for new trials and other regular production activities.

Implement systems to improve productivity, reduce down time, cost reduction etc.

Taking trials of new molds and prepare trial report and ensure appropriate process parameter

Initiate correction in mould and product improvement and promptly   

Communicate Tool Room department in case of modification in mold.

Analysis of quality defects and takes remedial action for improving quality in coordination with processing engineers for molding defects and tool room engineers for mould modification.

Recruitment and training of technical staff related to production.

Analysis of customer complaint and take remedial action for improving quality in coordination with QC and production staff.

Calculating and monitoring OEE on daily basis. Suggesting needful to increase the same in case it is low. 

Analysis for quality defects, downtime, etc and making & implementing CAPA in 6M format for same.

Training of staff personnel?s and workers.
