To access the maintenance / civil jobs & raise Work Orders & make follow up for the completion of the jobs. 

-To Manage, Handling and Educate Manpower. 

-Daily monitoring of the planned production as per schedule. 

-Monitoring the compliance of the Critical Process Parameter. 

-Daily BPR Checking and also checking GMP related documents. 

-To be give a GMP related point?s compliance to QA. -Planning for planned deviations, initiating change controls & validation protocols. 

-Online Report generating on PLC and SCADA system. 

-To take charge in absence of his immediate boss.



Project:

Currently Working on a project of ?Reduction of Raw Water Consumption & Effluent Load of 7-ADCA Plant by 5% over last year ?

Working on a project of ? 100% training compliance of whole plant company and contract persons in SABA and LMS system?
