Job Profile: 

Maintain the Documentation of TS16949.

To carry out breakdown maintenance of Mould & Tools.

Daily breakdown review with the department head.

To ensure smooth running and upkeep of all Equipment.

To attend & find out root cause of daily break down to avoid reoccurrence.

Planning of Preventive & predictive maintenance of Mould.

To maintain the spare parts for reduce surprise breakdown Hours.

Responsible for preparing Sunday and shut down plans for reducing mould downtime.

Responsible for maintain COR Meetings, ISO/TS Audit.

Responsible to lead, guide and trained all the fitters enabling them to discharge their duties effectively.

Participate Trial for new development parts. 

Carry out modifications in existing tools.
