Job Profile:

Looking after BUSS Kneader PVC compounding plant with output of 11 T per shift. In this plant different grades of PVC compounds including FR, FRLS, HR, Antirodent, 11 kV PVC compounds. 

Rubber kneader plant for rubber compounding with output of 800 kg per shift. The rubber produced are EPDM, NBR, CSP, PCP and EVA meeting IS 6380. 

Trouble shooting in extrusion of PVC, Rubber & Polyetylene compounds in Extrusion department. 

Analysis of Production methods & processes to simplify & redesign them to achieve improvement in Production, Productivity and Capacity Utilization. 

Effective man-management (60 workmen, 2 staff & 2 officers) 

Monitoring Material consumption, Scrap & Overheads through Monthly Variance & Reconciliation statements.
