Job Profile: 

Reporting to QA manager & Plant head.

Conducting Internal Lab testing according to Customer Std/Specification as per yearly lab plan for raw material & product. (Raw material Testing: MFI, Moisture content, Tensile strength, Flexural Strength, Charpy & Izod impact strength, Compression strength, Ash Content/Filler content, Drop impact test, Moisture content, color matching cabinet.

Product testing: Shore A & D hardness test, tensile test, charpy/izod test.

Preparing Quality plan for Plastic Raw material.

Accountable for Calibration of measuring & monitoring instrument & gauges.

Conducting MSA study for variable & attribute gauges.

Maintain 5S in Lab.



FOR QA

Conducting incoming inspection of BOP parts as per sampling plan.

Preparing Quality Plan as per product drawing for BO parts.

Familiar with MSA & SPC.

Familiar with 7QC Tool, 8D & Lay out inspection Report.

Familiar with 5?s Audit, PRODUCT AUDIT & PROCESS AUDIT.

Familiar with eye sequence for Bajaj.

Work related to TPM.

Familiar with various instruments & gauges used for inspection. Ex. Vernier, Dial gauge, Filler gauge, Tapper scale.

Familiar with Plastic Materials, Manufacturing Processes & Tooling.
