Development & implementation of quality assurance plans for plastic products. 

Development of new products as per customer requirements. 

Production planning & achieving targeted volume. 

Inventory control for production spares, raw materials & finished products. 

Human resource management for production & quality control department. 

Corrective & preventive action on non-conforming products. 

Both preventive & breakdown maintenance of production machineries & testing equipments.

In-house calibration of production & testing equipments. 

Routine maintenance of existing molds.
