Clients: Asian paints, Nerolac, Berger, BPCL, IOCL, HLL, CIPLA, MARICO, GSK and Amul etc. 



Project done:

Project name- T20 Taper Pail Container and Lid 

Tool used- CATIA V5 R16, SOLID WORKS 

Customer Input: Asian paints limited provided us with the IGS CAD data & its detail drawing in a 2D format. 

Scope of Project: Core & Cavity extraction, slider design, mould assembly, detailed 2D drafting of different parts, general assembly, mould flow analysis, BOM preparation, inspection report preparation of first trial component, ISO Documentation of the project. 



Project name- F-1 outside fitment Container and Lid 

Tool used- CATIA V5 R16 

Input-Sample received from customer 

Scope of Project: Product design 

Special feature: Providing gripper in Lid for easy opening. 



Project name- Innovative product (Ratchet cap) 

Tool used- CATIA V5 R16 

Input- 2D sketches for different concept 

Scope of project- Product design.3D model of Cap, Assembling the cap with Lid ratchet tinting port, PPT presentation of product. 

Special feature: Tamper evident ring break as soon as rotate the cap to open. 



Project name- K-1 Bocan Container and Lid 

Tool used- CATIA V5 R16, SOLID WORKS 



Scope of project- Product design & Mould assembly design 

Special feature: Inner fitment lid (Like Metal Container)
