Job Profile : 

Ensuring breakdown maintenance.

Ensuring planning & procurement.

Analyzing Breakdown trends, minimizing spares consumption.

Improving the machine performance through development activities.

Spare planning, indenting & purchase follow up plant machinery utilities & equipment.

Analyzing repeated breakdown & developing new facilities to minimize spare consumption & breakdown time.

Preparing of work schedule.

Complete suitable risk assessment and method statements prior to undertaking any work and document in full to ensure safe working practice.

Provide support to manufacturing systems with fault finding and repair.

Where required supervise, coordinate and manage specialist sub-contractors for all maintenance provisions.

Supervise where required safe system of work, ensuring they are implemented and plant, machinery, service or equipment is suitable isolated.

Daily carry out abnormality identification exercise on equipment as per plan.

Carry out breakdown maintenance for equipment on the line.

Ensure daily, weekly & monthly maintenance activities check list as per equipment.

Conduct DMS (daily management system) on the line to share root cause analysis with operators.

Carry out the RCA (root cause analysis) for all breakdowns on line.

Continuous coaching and development of workforce to achieve high standards of excellence.

Performs TPM (total productive maintenance) activities.

Responsible for conducting safety risk assessment, hazards identification & mitigation.

Co-ordinate with other departments like supply chain stores, quality & maintenance for smooth operation.



Maintenance And Troubleshooting:

Good knowledge on various machinery in FMCG sector for Pet  Blow molding machine, Injection Molding, Air Compressor and chiller .

Operation, maintenance and trouble shooting of machineries.

Hands on experience in sidle linear and GP blowing machines.

Hands on experience in ASB and Injection Molding operation, maintenance and trouble shooting.

Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedule of various machineries and instruments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability. 

Ensuring all the machines are working well by conducting timely checks.
