Successfully installed molds from 100lbs. To 40.000lbs., startup, process, trouble shoot, and run injection molding machines ranging from 40t. To 2200t. 

Managed resin regrind operations with different materials in order to save company money, and also maintained product quality and standards.

Maintained, repaired, and ran auxiliary equipment for injection machines, such as dryers, block- welders, grinders, thermolaters, chillers, air compressors, etc.
