Decide Raw material Recipe of compound to meet Product Specifications.

Decide and Control the Critical Process parameters to run the Job.

Attend Trouble shooting of process and Control process during Product Changeovers.

Review shift reports, analyze daily production scrap and downtime to improve efficienLeading manufacturer of masterbatches and additivescy.

Develop the product and commercialise, Give before & after technical services for plastic processing.



Additional Responsibilities:

Ensure Product quality meets specifications and standards. Maintain a work environment that utilizes the Quality management system.

Draw the preventive maintenance Plan and arrange spares to do the job as per schedule.

Follow up with maintenance team to ensure that preventive / breakdown activities carry out as per planning.

Effectively manages cost of production and working on it to improve.

A technical service to the Woven sacks industries for Filler Master batches. Attend the complaint and give trials to the customers in All over India and Abrod.
