Job Profile:?

Production Management

Overseeing all operations and procedures of sheet metal operations.

Handling electrical stampings and di cast rotors for customers like GEC, ABB, Siemens, Alsthom, VA-Tech, Welco, Suzlon, KEC and BBL.

Managing and supervising the production plan, ensuring the accomplishment of target as per customers? needs.

Guiding operators in tooling requirements during various types of manufacturing operations on shop floor and participating in problem solving.

Ensuring cost reduction by implementing new techniques and working on productivity improvement.



Shop Floor Administration:

Monitoring activities of shop floor to analyse effective use of labour time & machine resources and identifying areas for making process improvements.
