Job Profile:

Responsible for effective implementation of entire Inj. Moulding Operation in the shifts including man power employment work assignment and implementation various techniques for quality improvements. 

Conducting trials of new moulds, materials colour, establishing cycle time & quality. 

Responsible for improving productivity, reducing machine down time & rejection, maintaining & improving quality. 

Responsible for 1st level maintenance of machine & mould. 

Looking after raw materials blending, preheating, consumption of reground and reprocess materials. 

Handling moulds with hot runner, cold runner with multiple cores. 

Processing various raw materials such as PC, PC (GF), PBT, NYLON-6 (GF & PLAIN), NYLON-66 (GF & PLAIN), DELRIN, ABS, HIPS, GPPS, PMMA, SAN, Filled PP, PPHP, PPCP, LLDPE, HDPE etc. 

Monitoring the process activities & quality for reducing the rate of rejection and motivating people for achieving results. 

Imparti ng functional trainings to shift engineers & operators. 

To maintain Machines & Process improvement to manage a team of shift engineers to achieve the production target set with good quality & less rejection.
