Quality Department

All quality related activities like testing of master batch and compounds. 

Managing quality control and testing of line production,incoming materials and outgoing master batch and compounds 

Quality control, testing of Raw materials, pigments, master batch and new master batch developments as per customer requirements. 

Hands on experience for production of compounds and testing equipment?s. 

Operation of twine screw extruder, injection molding machine, two roll mill, photo spectrometer and most of the testing equipment. 

Working of color matching and color tune. 

Maintaining monthly quality audits. 



Production Department:

Managing day to day activity in shift. 

Records of finished product in shift wise. 

To maintain production related documents. 

Stock Overview of raw material and sub raw materials. 

To have smooth coordination with all user and support department.
