Manufacturing Knowledge of sheet metal Tools, Forming, progressive, compound, punching. Drawing , Deep Drawing Bending,, Trimming, Shaving, Lancing, Curling, Embossing.

Manufacturing of gauge,fixture,panel checker.

Checking all tools,gauge fixtures etc. by FARO ARM(CMM).

Handling all types of conventional M/C  (lathe, milling,, Drilling, Surface Grinder,

Preparation of part drawings with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances.

Daily maintain a tool related documents  

Responsible for all types of components issue regarding Press Tool, handling of all types of Customer complaints.

Having a good strength in cost saving & safety preservation

Troubleshooting the problem.

Press tool & Welding Fixture Manufacturing and Maintenance work.

Tool problem Analysis

Familiar with KAIZEN & 5S activities.
