Ensure that the team is operating to meet the manufacturing plan to ensure on-time deliveries to

Identify new processes and procedures to improve quality and efficiencies and assist Manufacturing Engineering to put processes in place.

Production Manager, including rework and scrap. 

Ensure all documentation and processes are in line with ISO9001.



Resource Management:

Coordinate daily operational procedures and control daily work-in-progress for the Product Line.

Coordinate labor, workflow and materials over shifts to achieve on time delivery and quality. 

Monitor the appropriate allocation of operators and use of processes to facilitate the smooth 

Operation of the department ? optimization of processes. 

Coordinate allocation of overtime to meet schedules and priorities.



Stock Control :

Monitor levels of relevant stock.

Assist material controller with stock take. 

Perform or control the performing of material marshalling on a daily basis.
