Strategizing and facilitating consistent achievement of production targets for plastic crates by ensuring optimal planning, allocation & utilization of all resources that include manpower, machinery and raw materials

Identifying potential bottlenecks and deviations; and implementing corrective actions to ensure that production targets are met within stipulated time and budget constraints

Planning and allocating jobs involving routine checkups and maintenance activities 

Formulating plan for inspection, shutdown jobs preparation & execution, Breakdown analysis

Charting maintenance schedules for all machines &closely monitor maintenance activities ensuring minimum down time
