Reporting to Plant Manager

Planning production schedule as per dispatch schedule

Ensuring process safety - Testing raw materials and finished goods

Preparing daily and monthly production reports, preparing invoices and dispatch documents, ISO documentation, making indents,?

Looking after batch charging, filling BMR, coordinating with quality department regarding quality of product.

Handling processes and operation in SS Batch Reactor, Distillation Column, Twin Screw Extruder, High ?speed Mixer for CPVC compound etc.
