Job profile:

Responsible for total manufacturing operations of coated plastic wovens for industrial and commercial use. The job involves achieving high level of productivity and quality.

Responsible for material planning and machine tool spares and preventive maintenance.

To handle entire production activities of the shop with optimum utilization of man, material and machine to achieve maximum productivity.

Responsible for meeting daily production target, plan and execute production activity.

To lead continual improvement and process control to ensure consistence quality at low cost.

Reduction in manufacturing cost and improvement in production quality.

To maintain the shop floor discipline, various records and house keeping.



Major Accomplishments:

Brought down rejection of coated woven due to wrinkle from 2.5% to 1.6%
