Job profile- 

Visually Inspection, Analyzing & testing quality of product Cross checking 

as per product quality as per Standards and production plan ingredients 

weighing; machine operation 

Performs control according to the quality control plan for each product 

using lab instrument (scale, caliper, thickness gage, top load tester, 

torque meter, Bridge Breaking, moisture oven test, Acetaldehyde(AA) 

Resin &Preform, Intrinsic Viscosity(IV) Resin & Preform etc.) 

According to the quality control plan for each grade using lab testing 

(Vernier, Specific Gravity, Thermal stability, Hardness, Tensile 

Strength, VSP, MFI, DSC, LOI, Smoke Density, Loss of Mass, Two 

Roll Sheet, Impact, Volume Resistivity etc. 

Incoming raw material checked and approved for production department. 

Making certificate of analysis for product dispatch 

To solved the various problem related incoming material 

Responsible for maintaining, updating & Implementation of Food 

Safety records & Development HACCP, GMP and assuring all the 

activities are as per the SOP, GMP Process 

Daily Quality Report maintained, Checking, Analyzing & Testing 

Quality of product, Performs document and data control 

Calibrate Lab measuring instruments and Provide calibration services 

and maintain calibration records for the facility
