Good Experience in production and process trouble shooting of PVC, HDPE, PP corrugated pipes, Suction and braided pipes.

Excellent Knowledge in chemical formulation of PVC pipes both rigid & flexible,HDPE and corrugated pipes 









TESTING

Knowledge to work in sophisticated instruments like Universal Tensile Tester , Impact Tester, MFI, CBC, CBD, VST, Ash Content Tester, Opacity Tester, Density Tester, Hydrostatic pressure tester , Reversion, Bulk Density Tester, Creep ratio Tester, Ring Stiffness Tester, Ring Flexibility, ect .

Capable of conducting all types of test for products/ raw material, for all types of plastics as per Indian /International Standards.



MATERIAL KNOWLEDGE



Handled plastic materials like PVC, PP, PE, PC, etc & knowledge in chemical formulation for pipe and fittings.

Work Experience Details: 


Presently working in BANGALORE (Manufactures of Submersible Column Pipes, CPVC pipes as per IS 15778, ASTM D Pipes, HDPE Pipes as per IS 4984, SWR Pipes as per IS 13592, PP corrugated pipes, Suction and Braided pipes) as a Quality Engineer   Jan 2014 onwards.



Completed 6 month training in manufacture of primary packaging company Worked as a  Production Supervisor and Mould Maintance Engineer  in Injection Blow Moulding and Injection Moulding departments.

To achieve to quality manager in plastic industrt
