?	Product development &Target based production handling in Fabrication and Assembly Shop-Impactor & Vibrating Equipments, Barmac (VSI) and HIS (NP) Crushers.

?	Problem shooting during the fabrication, assembly and testing of Impactor & Vibrating Equipment?s.

?	Productivity improvement through continuous Process improvement and Jig and Fixture development.

?	To coordinate all the functions among all the departments to ensure the execution and completion of project as per execution schedule.

?	Cost Analysis and productivity improvement.

?	Working with SAP.

?	Planning for dies try-out

?	Dies checking as per check list.

?	Blank development & dies correction

?	Dies trial and handover to Press Shop.

?	Modification of existing tool as R & D data released.

?	Trip Tool manufacturing as urgency of production & Try-out of these entire tool & inspection plan.

?	Major Breakdown maintenance with less time possible.

?	Line Breakdown maintenance as less machine down Time.
