Job profile  -

Responsible for all over operation related to production, maintenance &quality.

Trouble shooting and setting process parameter system.

To facilitate new mould and material trials with establish new process parameter.

Prepare plan for periodic maintenance of equipment, machine, mould & control the stock of tools & spare.

Corrective & preventive action, continuous improvements & its effective implementation.

Monitoring & improve OEE, Efficiency, productivity, Per person output, MTBF and reduce Break down, change over, MTTR and other production losses

Responsible for man power planning and coordinating and motivating the entire team for higher productivity.

Prepare Daily, Weekly &Monthly loading plan as per requirement.

Conduct on job training & Weekly training to improve skill matrix of the staff.
