To increase production targets with minimum wastage

Rejection analysis & taking corrective action

Light maintenance of instruments & m/c

Supervising process parameters for overall control of process & operation 



JOB PROFILE:

TECHNICAL INTERFACE : 

Coating ( Silicon coating, PVDC coating). 

Lamination (solvent base & solvent less) knowledge of various testing methods like WVTR, tensile strength, bond strength, impact.

MANAGEMENT: 

Solid analytical and problem solving skills 

? Developing and implementing training objectives for staff 

? Familiar with syndicated data 

? Survey/behavioral panel research 

To follow quality standard as per party requirement or specification (ISO Norms) & maintaining records, Maintaining discipline & system, alertness about the safety & hygiene amongst the colleague & workers, Members of team for adaption of modern management techniques.
