The sub-assemblies required for power supply unit like transformer, cables, inductor coil , heat sink unit etc are produced by us in various division.?

Job Profile:?

Work experience as a Production Engineer in SMT and through hole assembly technology in producing power supply unit.

Having good exposure ?in Wave Soldering Machine(WSM) operation and trouble shooting.

Capable of running shifts, controlling abnormality, adapting production plan and achieving target.?

Ensure quality and maintaining DPPM in control.

Achieving output capacity as per the plan given by the purchase dept (Monthly basis).

Balancing the material & sub-assemblies based on the current production plan and future forecast.

Monitoring and managing the inventory within minimum and maximum level so as to reduce inventory cost.

Work as a team player and also in cross team and interact with sales and dispatch department.

We alter the plan based on the demand from the customer which is intimated by import and export Dept.

Preparing JIG?s and FIXTURES with proper dimension based on the product models.

Review each class production capacity situation and analysis yield rate to improve continuously.
