R&D on product design.

Conceptualization of product and interaction with client to solve technical difficulties.

Project planning with team members to complete project within scheduled period.

Quality lab testing of the product on improvement, Mould Validation & Quality.

Plastic Injection Mould Design.?

Tool Room follow up.?

Taking Trial of Mould.

Vendor Follow up, visiting customer for design review.



Skills:

Good knowledge of mould designing for plastic components. Designed mould with sliders, lifters, hot runner system.

Sound knowledge of plastic materials, molding process & material selection for plastic parts.

Working knowledge of drafting practices and standards.

Excellent hand effort in Auto-CAD.?

Average hand on effort in Uni graphics (NX-8) & CREO-3(PRO-E) for operating mould?
