Project Undertaken :

Redesign Blood Centrifuge Machine (Sheet Metal domain) for PLASTOCRAFTS company.

Machine Weight Reduction : 

Overall weight of the machine was reduced from 24

to 16 kg which is 33.3% weight reduction. Overall thickness of the body was reduced?and in old machine there was unnecessary material, just for closing purpose, was?removed.

Rotor Weight Reduction:

Weight of rotor was approximately 1.1 Kg which was

reduced to 710 gram, which is around 35.5% reduction In Weight.

Assembly Time Reduced: 

To assemble and disassemble the old machine, was very?time consuming. Whole body was inverted and then disassembled for maintenance?purpose. So to ease this thing instead of boxy structure, it was split into two C?sections.



New Product Development for INTEX (Plastics and Machine Design domain)

Created gear?s model which were 3d printed for a complex mechanism. Mechanism

involved rotation of 3 components with gears mounted on two shafts.



Prepared a Mould Ready 3d model of Juicer Mixer Grinder for Panasonic.

weight was noticed at no-load area.
