Job Profile :

Monitoring operations and attaining the daily production targets & maintain high quality products.

Optimizing man and machine utilization to achieve pre planned production target .

Analysis of monthly basis problem & present it to the top management in TEAM III presentation.

Monitoring ?day to day activities production schedules allocating work among operators and conducting inspection/tests for checking performance capacity of various machines and equipments(ex-Overall Equipment Efficiency).

Executing man power training , and work to improve the skill matrix of workers.

Doing ?productivity, cost, cleaning, quality and safety, loss time related kaizen ?.

Handling shop floor & weld shop for internal & external audits.

Reducing number of defects produced in shop and removing them ?to prevent their re-occurance .
