Company Profile : Leading manufacturer of electronic and electrical auto parts like ignition coils, relay assembly starters, washer motors, for cars and two wheelers. Customer are Maruti Udyog, Hyundai Motors, Ford, Hindustan Motors, Hero Honda, Bajaj Auto. 

Job profile:

To repair/make new parts of injection mould.

Check new mould as per inspections sheet & drawing.

Check the mould as per check sheet before given to productions.

Online running mould maintenance during production.

To maintain all documents regarding to tool room & moulds.

To handle manpower & to allocate work.

Assembly of moulds.

Modification work in moulds.

Mould trials to ensure mould functioning and quality of work.



Project work:-

As part of DPMT final year (study of standard mould bases & component of injection mould with machining)

As part of PMD (design & development on hot runner injection mould of table watch back body.)
