Production planning & its control as per customer schedule on weekly basis.

Submitting monthly , weekly report to management on machine utilization , production and rejection component wise of moulding and assembly shop.

Planning the shift activities to achieve the production target and line requirement.

Optimum utilization of manpower ensuring safety and cleanliness on shop floor.

Entirely responsible for setting on economical & stabilized process.   

Achieve the production target and delivery as per given time.

Setting the process and quality standard for vendor (vendor development).

Allocation of resources like material , manpower , with respect to production plan

Implementation and follow 5S activities.

Active participation in problem solving.
