Job Profile:

Managing the entire operation of Inbound & Outbound logistics department.

Monitoring Dispatch Documentation like Waybill, Tax Invoice, Excise Invoice, Test Certificate and Record keeping of dispatch material.

Managing the entire total production planning & Documentation.

Alignment of Sales Forecast with Country Marketing, Sales & Controlling, Net demand planning, demand calculation, supply planning.

In charge of the day to day operations of the Transport, Dispatch and Stores department and coordinating between Production and Accounts Departments.

Coordination with transporters on daily basis requirement for truck, Proper record of truck and other vehicles and monitor Transport Efficiency.

Material Forecasting(Procurement) and day to day reporting on production.  

Managing the entire operation of Export Process like Excise invoice, Packing list, ARE-1 form and Inspection of physical material.

Coordination with dealers for material (Finished goods) and other needful requirements.

Able to evaluate complex situations and find solutions for them.

Proven ability to ensure that products are delivered in a good condition and on time.

Planning of production, inventory control, logistics and distribution.

Monitoring data management to keep accurate product, contract, pricing, QMS and invoicing information.

Working closely with customers to improve operations and reduce cost.

Resolving and managing queries and complaints courteously and efficiently.

Hands on knowledge of Export processes applicable in India, Fluency in handling logistics and warehousing in Indian context, Working knowledge of applicable taxes (Excise, VAT, CST etc.) with SAP /ERP understanding.

MIS Preparation & analysis and maintain FIFO. 

Management of road permit/waybills & Forms for movement of material from India.

Responsible for all of the dispatching, routing, and tracking of delivery vehicles.

Prepare on monthly basis updates on projected stock levels.

Ensure Logistics Department complies with ISO 9001 Audit requirements.
